DENOMINATION: Iris flavoured Gin

BOUQUET: The initial aroma is the characteristic scent of juniper.  What follows are the violet notes typical of the Iris rhizome, reminiscent of the typical scents of our hills and woods.

TASTE: The taste is immediately dry and enveloping. There are characteristic notes of Iris rhizome followed by slight citrus and juniper notes that refresh the palate.  Persistent and spicy note of the iris rhizome re-emerges at the end.

USES: Suitable at the end of any meal or as a base for cocktails.

DIRECTIONS: Serve cold.
