DENOMINATION: Italian extra virgin olive oil. A superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and extracted solely by mechanical processes. Cold extracted.
CATEGORY: A delicate oil and an intense oil.
AROMA: The light – delicate and enveloping scents of fresh grass, lettuce and basil. The intense – we note the strong aroma of artichoke and green tomato and the unmistakable notes of rosemary and dried fruit.
TASTE: In the light oil the taste of fresh grass is enveloping, a note of sage takes over and we are then left with a delicate aftertaste of white pepper. Regarding the intense oil, bitter notes taste of artichoke. We then taste the spicy notes, preeminently that of black pepper.
