DENOMINATION: Italian extra virgin olive oil. A superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and extracted solely by mechanical processes. Cold extracted.
CATEGORY: delicate Leccino, medium-intense Moraiolo and intense Frantoio.
AROMA: Leccino – light and enveloping scents of fresh grass. Moraiolo – enveloping and imposing notes of almond and dried fruit. Frantoio – long-lasting with the unmistakable aroma of artichoke.
TASTE: Leccino despite the perception of bitter and spicy, it is never aggressive and leaves us with slight aftertaste of white pepper. In moraiolo we appreciate a crescendo of intensity in the spicy notes, where we taste the chili pepper. We are left with the strong taste of black pepper. In Frantoio we note the characteristic taste of the artichoke and are left with the spicy notes of green pepper and rosemary.
