AROMA: the bouquet starts with notes of radish and artichoke, accompanied by sensations of green almond and rocket. At the end there are intense notes of rosemary and oregano.

FLAVOR: in the mouth the pungent sensation of almond is accompanied by notes of artichoke and rocket; there are also notes of radish, sage and rosemary. At the end we find toasted almond and black pepper notes.

CULINARY USES: excellent on pasta with meat or fish; ideal as a dressing for salads, vegetables, fresh cheese, bruschetta.
