CATEGORY: Medium-intense oil.

BOUQUET: Intense aromas of artichoke and green tomato, unmistakable notes of rosemary and dried fruit.

TASTE: Bitterness comes from the strong taste of artichoke. Intense also for its spicy notes, specifically that of black pepper.
