The “Oil-Tasting Room” takes origin from Pruneti philosophy: a salon 150 square meters wide with more than 50 seats and a specialized library, made to host tastings and events which aim is to spread knowledge about the high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Behind the “Extra Virgin Olive Oil” world lies a complex and wide world, made of regulations that sometimes are not easy to be understood, but this product is also the result of a mix of aromas and flavors everyone will love.
